The community experienced several failures in their gate system and their roads needed work.

Resolution:

The Associa Canyon Gate Management team guided the community’s board to an effective and efficient resolution that included installing new gates and a revamped operating system. The community manager’s contacts and experience, along with that of the board, have also added years to the life expectancy of the community’s streets. Associa Canyon Gate Management has served as a strong partner for the gated community and continues to receive praise from the board and vendors.
